Your Guide

Hi, I’m Alex.

Growing up surrounded by forests and spending summers by the ocean, I developed a lifelong friendship with the parts of the world that make me feel a little more wild. My work is rooted in this lifelong connection to wild places—and in the belief that nature opens pathways for connection that are difficult to access in the workplace.

My background spans culinary arts, free diving, and more than a decade of experience in outdoor education and wilderness guiding. I specialize in designing experiences that build trust, spark curiosity, and strengthen group dynamics in authentic ways.

I’m currently pursuing my Ed.M. in Educational Leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and I integrate research-backed practices from leadership development, experiential education, and team culture into the programs I guide.

For corporate groups, my role is to create a calm, earth-centered environment where colleagues can step out of their routines, interact across roles, and engage in hands-on learning together. The experience I lead may be unconventional, but I’ve designed it with intention, safety, and psychological comfort at the center.

And really, my co-guide—the ocean—provides all the inspiration; my job is to make sure the experience is meaningful, well-held, and accessible to everyone.
